I wanted to write this email to send my thanks to you. I know the importance of customer assurance in a service industry, and you (Byzhosting) have really taken that out, not only in your slogan, but actuality. I have never received constant support (twice already) within such a short (1 hour) period of time upon sending a technical difficulty notice before. Thank you very much.
